Dear OBE Newsletter Member, What were your New Years resolutions? Did your resolutions include having a personal spiritual experience?

Since I have moved from China back to the U.S. last year I plan on conducting more OBE workshops then I have during the past five years. In the last few months I have received many requests for additional workshop information and details. The OBE workshop that I have designed is highly experiential, it's an active, high energy, practical, and hands-on weekend. This is a unique opportunity to interact with like-minded people in a fun, non-threatening atmosphere.

I understand that this has nothing to do with out-of-body travel, however many of you have been asking questions about my move to China. I want you to know that I am safe and thank you all for your concern. Future newsletters will have more of a 'traditional' feel with content about astral projection.

This newsletter is longer than most. I originally designed this information to be two different letters but after some thought I felt that the continuity of the ideas presented is more effective together. I encourage you to read the entire text for it has valuable information that is essential to your future. This knowledge continues to have a powerful impact upon my life and I feel it will assist you as well.

I would like to wish everyone a wonderful holiday season. In a past newsletter, I wrote about our amazing ability to create personal reality. One of the keys to this creative process is to clearly describe the things you would like to manifest in your life. One of the exercises that I highly recommended was to create a detailed, written list of 50 things that you would like to see, do or accomplish in your life.

Often we become so caught up in the day-to-day events unfolding around us that we overlook the deeper lessons of life. Based on my personal out-of-body experiences I view this world as a magnificent training ground for soul. An interactive, thought responsive matrix of energy that is molded by our thoughts and intentions. In this dense training environment we create the lessons we need based on our state of consciousness.

Your life today is the direct result of your thought energy. Remember, the universe, like the sun, shines it’s light and abundance equally upon all of us, but it is up to us to awaken and open to the radiant inner light. Your thoughts are the key. Every time you look into a mirror examine your thoughts. From this moment be aware and select your thoughts with care.

I have received numerous questions and comments concerning the most effective ways to use the various audio programs that I offer. It is well known that the single most important key to self-initiated OBEs is the daily practice of an induction method.

Two months ago I asked for questions and received a number of excellent thought provoking comments and questions. This month I am addressing several questions that are surprisingly related. Every year millions of people are shocked by a sudden surge of energy that occurs during sleep. This is often accompanied by sleep paralysis, strange vibrations, sounds and a host of other phenomena that I detail in the OBE survey. This powerful energy event continues to be explained away by a wide array of causes including, deep REM shut down, a stress or trauma related dream, night terrors, evidence of alien abduction and some believe the presence of evil forces or succubus intrusions.

Dear OBE Newsletter Member, Last month as a preliminary part of my London OBE workshop I did a live interview with the popular U.K. radio host James Whale. During his show a caller brought up a subject that has stirred considerable controversy and debate. The caller claimed that in one of Carlos Castaneda’s books he states that "non organic entities" are prowling the non-physical dimensions and feeding on our energies and manipulating our out-of-body experiences.
