The core truth of our existence is far more exciting than any work of fiction! After decades of inner explorations, it has become clear that we are an incredible non-form-based species of pure consciousness that can change our nonphysical outer form as needed. All three-dimensional life forms in every dimension are temporary vehicles of soul/consciousness used for expression in different energy environments.

What am I as soul/consciousness?

As soul/consciousness we are not bipedal humans. We are all brief visitors in a strange dense world. As I learned to prolong my OBEs, my outer humanoid form would begin to dissolve and I would become a formless 360-degree point of perception. On other occasions, I perceived myself as globe of consciousness with incredible expanded perception. It is challenging to describe this radical transition of self, for the concept of formless existence is completely alien to our current self-conception. This formless experience is startling, mind expanding, and liberating at the same time.

What is reality?

Reality is framed by the observer's state of consciousness and the frequency (density) of their current energy body. Form-based energies that coexist at the same vibrational rate or density as the local inhabitants will be perceived as their reality. To truly understand the nature of reality we must expand our mind beyond the perceptions of form and density into the countless realities that exist beyond our three-dimensional concepts.

Who or what creates reality?

All realities are the direct result of consciousness. Each nonphysical environment is molded and maintained by the collective thoughts of the local inhabitants. Groups of like-minded souls often join to create a collective vision of reality. The very act of shaping our personal environment with our thoughts (creation) is an essential element of our spiritual training. As soul, we possess this creative power in every dimension.

What is the nature of reality?

Consciousness creates reality. As a result, the universe is a multidimensional continuum of energies, and the physical world is the outer epidermis layer (less than 1%). Each inner nonphysical dimension we experience is progressively less dense and more thought-responsive. We exist as a consciousness microcosm of this vast energy continuum. The reality that we perceive and experience is determined by our state of consciousness and the density of the energy vehicle/body we are currently using for expression. All the three-dimensional environments that we experience are created and maintained by the collective consciousness of the local inhabitants.

What is the purpose for multiple energy bodies?

They allow us, as soul, to enter and experience multiple energy dimensions of the universe. All energy bodies, including the physical, are temporary vehicles of consciousness used for the exploration and expression of soul. They provide the essential method required to experience and learn. To function within each dimension, we require a body that is in vibrational sync with the local energy environment. For example, a physical body is needed to interact within the physical world; the same applies to all other energy dimensions.

Pure consciousness or soul exists at a much higher vibrational frequency than matter. Soul uses progressively denser energy bodies (subconscious, mental, astral, and physical) to step down its high frequency and enable it to extend its awareness and function throughout the entire universe. This brilliantly conceived system is the core spiritual dynamic allowing consciousness the ability to interact with and evolve within the many energy levels of the multidimensional universe. Temporary energy bodies—such as the physical—are the fundamental method soul uses to express itself in all dimensions and spiritually evolve through intense personal experiences.

Is it possible for us to live parallel lives?

Yes, for some people it is possible. I have journaled my numerous nonphysical activities while “sleeping.” In these experiences, I was fully aware of making presentations and leading workshops to both small and large groups of people. In the current physical world, the largest group was about one thousand people at the UFO Congress in Nevada. However, during my astral experiences the audiences can be much larger, sometimes even in magnificent stadium-like venues where I was just one of many presenters addressing as many as fifty thousand souls. That is not always the case as I have also been a lone instructor in a small classroom setting. My audience has been young, old, both men and women. But one thing each of these gatherings have in common is that the radiating energy in the spaces was amazing, uplifting and empowering.  Although the environment is completely physical-like in appearance, the entire reality tends to vibrate with unconditional love and acceptance for all souls.

During one experience, I became fully aware of a tall man with brown hair and beard talking to me about addressing the crowd. He appeared concerned. After scanning the meeting hall I respond, “I’m sorry, but I have to go to work now!” I immediately became aware of my body and felt mild vibrations. Upon waking, my perceptions were somewhat disoriented.

Once fully awake and aware, I thought about my last comment, “I have to go to work now.” This was a reference to my consciousness returning to the physical world. More and more I feel I am living multiple lives at the same time.

This may sound insane but I am sure this is true. Since we are all multidimensional beings, why not? It also makes sense that our physical life is far more challenging and difficult compared to our current nonphysical existence. Becoming aware of our amazing true self is a tricky business, for our comfortable concepts of reality are often seriously challenged. On many occasions I have had to stop all thought and essentially reboot my entire perception of reality.

What are the initiations of soul you speak about in your workshops?

Essentially, initiations are personal experiences and challenges that lead to a lasting shift of consciousness in the individual. Initiations can manifest as any form of trial or obstacle that must be overcome to experience personal growth. There are two major kinds of initiations.

One is an expansion or shift of consciousness within the current dimensional environment of the individual (for example, confronting and resolving a deep-seated personal fear or limitation).

The other kind of initiation is a transition of consciousness from one dimension to another and the resulting change from a denser energy body to a higher-frequency energy body within us. An example would be an experience that leads to the expansion of consciousness from the astral body and the full activation and integration into the individual’s higher-vibrational mental/thought-energy body.

What types of nonphysical environments are there and how are they different?

There are basically three types of a nonphysical environment. Here is how they differ.

Consensus – This is an environment where group collective thought creates a specific structured reality. Some examples are community centers, religious buildings, and even sports arenas. These are resistant to change by any one individual.

Non-Consensus – In contrast, this is an area that is changeable, perhaps unique to you. With the power of your focused thought, you can manipulate your environment or situation.

Void – This is an empty space with no form at all. It may give you the feeling of floating in nothingness completely without the structure of three-dimensional form.

Is there an example of a consensus reality that you can share?

This is a short descriptive text taken from Adventures in the Afterlife. It describes the neighborhood that my deceased mother had chosen as her new home. She was surrounded by her family members and had designed her life to be comfortable and coordinated with her loved ones. This is a classic consensus reality.

“Most people live in small communities with beautiful white churches located at their centers. With wide sidewalks radiating outward, these churches are the focal points of all major social activity. Individual homes are like each other; they are about the same size with white picket fences, muted colors, large windows, and wide front porches. Even though I've never seen anyone cutting the grass, the yards and hedges are always emerald green and perfectly manicured. Each home has an array of flowers in the yard, window boxes overflowing with color, and a shining silver cross on the front door. The neighborhoods I've visited project a distinct feeling of comfort, peace, and sanctuary.”

How do I know if I am in a consensus or non-consensus environment?

If you are unsure, experiment. Through your thoughts, try to change something in your location. For example, if you can change the color of a wall, the type of tree, or the make of a vehicle, you are likely in a non-consensus environment. Another indicator is that you would generally be by yourself.

Can you explain the void in more detail?

I have experienced voids during several OBEs. They were initially upsetting and alien because we are conditioned to use form-based realities for stability. I conclude that voids are vast nonphysical areas existing beyond all thought forms that are undeveloped by any thought or emotion. In my experiences they reacted to my thoughts quickly. Here is an account of one person’s experience in a void.

“During one of my experiences I noticed that everything seemed totally black around me. I could not see or feel my body, I knew I had become pure consciousness. I was not frightened but I felt the need for something brighter. As I thought of it, there began to be tiny points of light encircling my awareness. I realized that I had 360-degree vision as I could see the nothingness all around me. It was pleasant, but I wanted to have more interaction with others so I started to picture my old neighborhood and next thing I knew I was floating among my young classmates from the high school where I had graduated.”

This explorer found herself in a void and visualized the light she desired. She seemed to follow her desire and move back into a consensus reality as she directed her focus in that way.

Based on this description, can I move between realities?

Yes, but it is not always easy. You are most likely to find yourself with people of like mind. This will be your comfort zone and you may wish to remain where you are. Your physical lifestyle is an indicator of what reality you choose. So, if you have an active social life, you might find pleasure in a consensus reality such as a sporting event, college fraternity/sorority, or a church. A person who prefers to make their own decisions and not rely on group agreement may be better in a non-consensus environment. That could be a cabin in the woods, a golfer on an empty course, or a single fisherman on a boat. Being in a void is a less likely selection because one would have to be comfortable with no physical-like surroundings. This is most similar to a space-walk, or being in a float tank without the surrounding spa environment.

It is possible for the edges to be blurred. Ease of movement all really depends on the focus and capability of the individual. At first, you may resonate with the consensus reality that you enter. In time you may outgrow this group or find other interests. It remains your choice as to where you feel the best fit for your evolution.

Can you review the basic energy principles of nonphysical realities?

  • Focused thoughts are highly creative; they shape and mold energy and our reality.

  • The more focused the thought the faster the creative effect upon energies.

  • Focused group thought increases the creative effectiveness and duration of any form-based nonphysical object or reality.

  • Nonphysical realities are maintained and sustained by group collective thoughts.

  • All form-based realities are crystallized thought projections.

  • There is no molecular decay; so, realities remain stable indefinitely as long as the supporting thoughts continue.

  • Every imaginable environment, structure, philosophy, or belief system will continue to exist if a group of inhabitants continues to support it with their thoughts.

Can animals explore nonphysical realities?

All physical life forms including animals are nonphysical consciousness temporarily using a dense body for expression in this reality.

Animals including cats and dogs have frequently been observed during out-of-body experiences. In fact, house pets are often reported to accompany their human friends during an experience.

Based upon the current evidence, it is probable that all higher life forms and especially mammals have spontaneous out-of-body experiences. All living things are temporarily using a biological vehicle for expression and activity in the outer dense dimension of matter. Every physical life form is multidimensional in nature and possesses multiple energy bodies.

While in the nonphysical environment, is there any connection between the physical and nonphysical body?

The observation of an energy conduit between the physical and energy body is sometimes reported. This connection appears to be located between the densest nonphysical vehicle (parallel energy body, etheric) and the physical body. This is sometimes observed to be about one inch in diameter and connected to the middle of the upper back. This conduit is not seen within the astral body (second inner energy body). Some refer to this energy connection as the silver cord.

Keep in mind that even though this is a nonphysical attachment, some report that they can feel the connection. For me it is from the back of the neck and feels solid but it can be different for others.

What are the characteristics of nonphysical realities?

  1. You can function without physical mass, weight, gravity, air, molecular density, or biological bodies.

  2. They are significantly less dense and more thought-responsive than matter.

  3. Linear time, molecular decay, and aging do not exist.

  4. You may find many varieties of realities, environments, and dimensions. They exist as molded by the group-consensus thought of the inhabitants.

  5. Group-collective thought is the primary creative energy that shapes and maintains each environment and reality.

  6. Each major dimension is separated by a nonphysical energy membrane (during NDEs this is sometimes reported as a tunnel opening leading to a bright light).

  7. A vast continuum of expanding thought-responsive dimensions and realities exist, and the physical universe is the outer epidermis layer.

What is the structure of the universe?

The universe is without a doubt a multidimensional continuum. The true structure of the universe is based on a progression or layers of energy and the physical world is but the dense outer epidermis layer (less than 1%) of this massive projection of energy. During OBEs, NDEs, and the process of death, our consciousness naturally enters the less-dense energy segment of the multidimensional continuum.

What is the difference between the etheric plane and the astral plane?

The etheric—sometimes called the parallel—world is an almost duplicate of your physical reality with just minor changes such as wall color, furniture placement, etc. If you are in a familiar location with subtle differences, this is an energy duplicate of your physical world.

You will know you are on the astral when you are in a completely different reality. For example, someone walks into a place that he would not normally enter or performs a task that he would not have the skill set to execute. It is unexpected and totally different than anything you have experienced.

Are all humans multidimensional?

Yes. It is mind expanding to realize that each of us currently exist as a living, conscious microcosm of the entire universe, seen and unseen. At this moment, we exist within every major dimensional frequency of the universe. Our consciousness awareness and the universe are both multidimensional. Our various states of awareness—including our dreams, lucid dreams, OBEs, NDEs, and the full spectrum of trance states—are all evidence of our multidimensional nature. Even our very birth and death provide solid evidence of our entry and exit within the multidimensional universe.

Enhance Your Experience: Dissolving the Physical

Begin this exercise by finding a quiet and comfortable place to sit. Allow yourself about 20 to 30 minutes to embrace your nonphysical self. Close your eyes, slow your breathing, and still your mind.

With your eyes closed, begin to visualize the environment around you. See the fixtures, the artwork, the lamps, and tables. Picture your furniture, your flooring, anything on your walls. In your mind you see all the colors and the textures.

Starting with the ceiling and walls—visualize them melting away. Start at the top and then see the walls around you melt and fade away. Slowly, in your mind, watch as the furniture around you crumbles and blows away like fine dust. Take the time that you need to dissolve all that is around you. Now everything you know in this room has gently faded and you are left with only yourself.

In the distance there is a fine pinpoint of light piercing the darkness. Stare at this until you feel your physical body fade away just like your surroundings. Continue to focus on this light and feel your consciousness move toward it. You are drifting and flowing toward this light. Allow you conscious awareness to create whatever it can. Release into it. Let go and flow.
